trouble with hotmail email account

hi guys!

im sure this has been brought up loads of times but im having trouble getting my emails to my blackberry pearl 8210. im aware that hotmail wont send emails to blackberrys without upgrading to hotmail plus account. i cant find the hotmail plus site to upgrade anywhere, so if anyone knows the site then that will be appreciated. or if anyone knows of an email server that hotmail will send emails to so that i can pick the emails up from there then that will be my best option!

1. BIS 2.5 will allow Hotmail now. While Hotmail is not the most dependable email on the Blackberry, you can follow the link here to perform the upgrade.

While that article focuses on enabling HTML on your BB, it will also get Hotmail to work.

For a Hotmail Plus link... I googled it, and this was my first choice:

just a quick question... i think ive set up the email through he hotmail plus link so im just wondering if i need to do the upgrade too?

Did you just do that? Is it working?

I am pretty sure Orange has upgraded to the BIS 2.5. You can delete your service books on the BB (options > Advanced > Service Books -- delete those items with the @<hidden> email address; then go to your carrier BIS website and resend the service books).

yeah just set it up and its working, got emails forwarded through 2 hotmail accounts into a hotmail plus account lol. im a little confused as to what the service books are though! sorry :s

Using HotMail Plus, you won't have a problem. Keep it like it is and don't worry about service books.

I pay for MSN. Can i forward my emails to a yahoo account? that way i will get the emails to my BB right away.?
