Moving Blackberry user from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007

Hi ,

I am planning to move my Blackberry user located in exchange 2003 sp2 server to a new exchange 2007 server. What do I need to check in advance or waht do I need to do after I move the mailboxes to be sure that they will contnue working properly.
