Downloading Java

I'm a BB newbie. I have a curve 8300.
Was wondering if any of u hav downloaded Java into your BB?
Does it take up alot of memory space and does it japodise the Operating System?

You can not install Java on the BlackBerry it is not suppoted. Sorry
