When I send an email, it says my email address in the From feild and not my name how can I change this?

On your carrier BIS site, you can change how the FROM appears to the Recipient of your mail.

Did you register the device and forget the username / password, or did you purchase the device 'used'?

If you bought the device new and registered it yourself, then you need to contact your provider and get the username / password reset.

If you purchased the device 'used' and someone else had already registered the device, you need to contact them to get the information, or call your provider and see what they can do for you.
