Not Receiving Emails

Recently I have decided to scrap my Hotmail account and move onto a Gmail. Although I have had some issues, first it was the forwarding of emails I was sending out coming back, then I setup the filter.

Now, today I didn't receive about 17 emails from 3 different accounts. Can someone help me understand what to do.
