Login Failed

Hi All

First post and honestly I have seached this.

We have google calendar at work and I want to sync my BB with it. I have downloaded the latest sync 4.6. When I try to sync I get the following message
"Login Failed due to network problems please check your settings"

I know that the login details are correct but as for other network settings I do not know what to look at.

Can anyone help please, it would be very appreciated

You need to go online to the Google calendar site and get Google mobile sync. Link: Google Mobile - Sync (http://www.google.com/mobile/blackberry/sync/index.html)

Have it send you a text message witht he link and then download the sync tool, sign in and you are good to go - all OTA. I do that with my PC, laptop and BB. Everything is in sync calendar-wise anyway

I had already downloaded the sync program from the link you provided. I have re started my BB logged on and used the correct username and password but get the error in my original post. Now I am stuck, any pointers please
