Hi, I've been using my 8830WE in Malta since last December 2007 and never had problems with it. Now, out of nowhere, and not knowing how it happened, part of my keyboard is not working as usual. Some keys (like q, a, alt) are not responding at all. The escape key is not responding too. And the trackball does not respond when i click it and can only be used for scrolling.
I made a battery pull several times, but all in vain. Right now I cannot write messages since not all keyes are working and cannot unlock it when I pull it out of the holster since the * key does not work
Anybody ever had this problem and solved it? Please help
