Bought a used 7250, need help.

I bought a used 7250 from someone and been using it for a little while. I just got the plan set up to use the internet, etc. Well the web browser is outdated and not updatable so the net wont work. I'm getting the previous owners email, and it won't let me fix that problem because my pin number is already in use. Nobody at Sprint knows how to fix it. The store said call customer support and they don't know what to do either. Can anyone please help me?? I'm getting very frustrated here. Thanks.

You need to ask Sprint to remove the PIN from the old users account, and place it on your account.

The 7250 is a very very old model... you won't get much from the browser.

Thats great, lol. Guess buying it was a mistake. :-( I'm gonna try to find a newer one then.

My advice... on Sprint? Look to the 8830 or 8330.

Look for the pin on your phone options, >status >third from bottom is pin. Also tell them the imei number.
