Currently,as we have been seeing for the past week at BTSC for Rogers there have been countless new bold users who are unable to activate their new bold on the relay,which in turn is preventing customers from being ableto register their PIN and IMEI,you recieve a message when trying to enter the numbers in BIS that says "This PIN is already registered with another SP".

No ETA as to when the problem will be resolved.

Just a heads up to all you bold users on rogers.
