Its the weirdest thing, i used to receive the email in html and it no longer works... i checked under my mail settings and it shows that HTML email is enabled however the emails just arent opening the way they should. Has anyone had any similar issues? Heard of any issues? Any incite would be appreciated.. THANKS!

My HTML is working on an 8800 running 4.5 on the at&t BIS (assuming you are on the BIS?). Try resending the service books from the webpage initially...if you are on a BES, someone else might have a better idea of an approach.

Yes I too am running BIS, and believe service books were the first thing I tried. Its really strange up until about a day ago it worked. You can actually see some older html formatted emails at the bottom of the inbox

Try deleting your service books, rebooting the BB, and sending them again.

when you open an HTML e-mail, press the blackberry button and select "Get Images" to view all the images in the e-mail

That wasn't it, but I appreciate your help. The emails weren't coming in formatted appropriately. After removing the service books completely and resending it started working

I am having the same problem as the OP since installing .77

Do I need to delete all service books (all 15 or so) or just the ones related to my e-mail account?

I've had the same issue occur. 8830 running 4.5.0.77. It was working until rercently, I only noticed yesterday that HTML was not longer working. I've tried everything, resending books, re-registering, deleting service books/rebooting/rersending, but nothing will activate it again. In options the HTML selection is "YES". I've changed it to NO then back again, but nothing. Strange. Maybe it will just start working one day as easily as it stopped? ;-)

service books can be deleted manually one at a time under your settings menu > advanced> service books

But do I need to delete all of them, or just the ones related to my e-mail accounts?
