Tether Bold to Macbook

I've been searching around and can't get anything to work. Can someone please post instructions for tethering a Rogers bold to a macbook pro?

I came across this thread and can't seem to get it to work. Figured someone might be on Rogers and Mac that could walk me thru. I'll keep trying.

Success! Speed's not bad, got 810 kbs down/ 210 kbs up on speedtest.

First of all my bluetooth wasn't connecting so I had to pair again.
Used these settings:
Open Internet Connect-Bluetooth
Telephone Number: *99#
Account Name: wapuser1
Password: wap
Modem: WWAN Support

Blackberry Settings:
Options-Advanced Options-TCP
APN: internet.com
Username & Password leave blank
