As of yesterday (i did not install or remove any apps) my audible alerts no longers work....no phone notification, sms, email etc. I have reset via battery and 'ctrl/alt/del' type method with no luck. Any suggestions?

(I have also gone into advanced to confirm that it wasnt changed to mute in the properties)

Does the speaker phone still work? Can you get any sounds out of the speaker at all? Are you sure you've checked your profiles properly?

no speaker phone does not work. I can use the phone in normal mode

Hmmm....sounds like the speaker has gone out on ya. Might be time for that upgrade. I see you're on Rogers...They have the Bold now! :-)

It was actually a common problem on some of the Pearls. Give Rogers a ring and see if they will warranty exchange it for you.
