i was updating the software on my device and in the middle of the process it turned off and wont turn on again and the desktop manager doesnt detect it:cry:

Are you doing an upgrade? Did it just happen? Can you provide some more details?

I was just doing an upgrade. Everything was going well and I come back to the computer and its not being able to connect. It finds the pin but it will not connect, I need help ASAP. Currently I'm trying to reupdate and all the DM says is Connect to the JVM but the bar doesn't move.

Are you connecting through a hub of any kind? Make sure you are connected directly to the PC (preferably on the back of the machine.)

WIPE out first and then reload OS
search and download "javaloader"
javaloader -u wipe
