Hi all...after much reading and pondering prospects of potentialy having to alter my drivers to make the bluetooth radio do what I want on my new Sony Z laptop...I decided to tinker instead.
What i found:
Without too much work, once I got Bluetooth sync to work on the computer, the DUN function automatically ppopulated itself (given you select the sevice in BB Desktop) into my Vista conections folder, including dialing #s (not that this was ever a mystery when tethered)....so in short without any changing on drivers on the Sony machine both wireless sync and DUN were available pretty painlessly.
not a big deal for most, but I know DUN has been problematic for many and just wanted to give the heads up that at least on newer Sony laptops the drivers work just fine without any major pains.
