Verizon Blackberry - Quick Action Key

Just got a verizon blackberry 7250 - I use to have one with Tmobile - but my Verizon balckberry does not have the quick action key on the menu page problem ......in other words, the function that allows you to get to messages by pressing m, c to compose, etc. anyone know how I can fix to get that option? Thanks

Go to PHONE, Options, General Options and change Dial From Home Screen from YES to NO. This will bring back your shortcuts.
