NEVERFAIL USERS - Have you Performed a BES Upgrade?

All,

We've installed Neverfail in our environment and plan to upgrade our Exchange BES servers to SP6.

Has anyone using Neverfail upgraded their BES since installing the product?

I did not build our current Exchange BES environment but am tasked with upgrading it to SP6.

Anyone have any experience?

Neverfail has a document for this process. I normally shutdown BES 1st, shutdown Neverfail 2nd then run the BES SP.
