BBSmart Email Viewer, Alarms Pro, Shortcuts

I dont' get it. I've emailed this company three times and they have not responded. I had to get a replacement Pearl 8130 and the old registration codes don't work for these programson the new phone, but the company has not replied with new registration codes. Customer service is not good.

Not to thread crap, but I have attempted to cantact him since I won, one of the contests for the BB Alarms Pro and have never heard back.
