Doc Viewer question

I read in specs that the 8820 had a built in document viewer that would allow you to view Word Documents, spreadsheets and PDFs. I was wondering what should I do to view files from the SD card. My provider is ATT and OS version is v.4.2.2.169 (paltform 2.4.0.67).
