curve 8320 - Internet Costs

i bought a curve 8320 from the usa (iam from germany) and
erything works perfect. but now i see @<hidden> my first bill that there
was internet-connectivity for ca. 20$.

why my blackberry connects to the internet and how can i disable
it?

is it ok that my curve is connected through GPRS with my net/provider
and not via GSM? iam using O2...

I don't know who your server is, but I have T-mobile. I get charged $20 a month for internet access as well. But it was an option I chose becasuse I wanted access everywhere at anytime. I assume that you are also being charged for the same type of interent service. I would call your provider and cancel it, if you don't want it.

I am new to BB ,so I can't help you with the GPRS question.
