One of my users needed his personal Blackberry to be activated on our corporate BES (He's an exception; we don't usually allow this) The number and SIM card were also his. We tried to activate it, but it didn't work. We called up his provider, T-Mobile, and the rep said he had only the BIZ service but not BES. What is the BIZ service anyway? The rep also mentioned something about the Blackberry Enterprise account has everything. Please clarify. Thanks

Basically, your serive provider gives you many different packages to get your phone online. The BIS gives you access to the internet, however BES you need a FULL data plan w/ unlimited up/down. Have your user call his provider and make certain that he gets his phone provisioned for BES (or Corporate) emails.
When you try and do an enterprise activation (on the BES) you will receive errors on his phone when activating.
