Remove / Disable IT Policy Password on BlackBerry Cell Phones

Maybe you are like me and you purchased a BlackBerry used with an existing IT policy on it. At the time you had no idea that such a thing existed and now you are stuck always having to enter a password just to use your phone. Well, I followed the steps of the following link and it worked. I no longer have that IT policy stuck on my BlackBerry and I now have complete control of my phone. I don't know if this is old news or not, but after finally finding something that worked, I might as well point it out to others too.
