Sync with Desktop Redirector

I have a BB 8330 and use the Desktop Redirector since I am self employed and do not have an Exchange server. I have my main email set up and working and I can sync my contacts with Outlook 2007.

I have a couple problems though:
1) I am not able to sync the deleted mail between BB and Outlook. If I send a message from my BB it imediately adds it to my Sent folder in Outlook. However if I delete a message from my BB it does not delete that message (or even mark it as read) in my inbox in Outlook. Not even when I connect with the USB cable.

2) I currently have Outlook handeling 2 email accounts. I have one configured with the Desktop Redirector but can't figure out how to add another account using the same Outlook connection.

Am I missing something or are these limitations of the Redirector software? Thanks for any help.

Use your BIS account provided by your carrier for both and ditch redirector.

I own my own company also and use BIS exclusively for both company accounts and client email. Works great.

Email doesn't sync unless you are using BES or a hosted BES solution.
