Blackberry and exchange 2003

Hi

When i send an e-mail from my blackberry it will take upto on hour to leave the server. We have echange 2003 and so far no one has been able to rsolve the issue that including Rogers. All our other e-mails leave server right away.

We all have 7100 R series ...

Any help would be appreciated

Going to need some more information. First, does "it will take upto on hour to leave the server" mean that you can see the message in the Exchange queues and tracking logs or is the message pending in BES? Second, are you getting any messages of interest in your BES' event viewer?

They are sitting in the SMTP queue and not exiting

So when the user sends an e-mail from the Outlook client, it is queued and sent immediately but when the same user sends from the BB it remains queued? Are the messages you're talking about intra or inter org?

Edit: Are you running BES and if so what version?
