Pretend I don't know anything about a blackberry. I'm not up on all the terms. So in laymans terms reconcile now would be?

if you are on a BES, it will also reconcile (detect and update) any changes between your handheld and outlook; for instance, read/unread email status, deleted/moved email status, etc.

And is this true for a user who is pushing from the BWC as opposed to a BES?

Another tidbit that I learned, is that if you're on a BES, you need to leave your email in the "DELETED ITEMS" folder if you want it removed as well from the BB...in the past while at my desk I'd delete items permanently and wonder why they never came off my BB.
