Hi

Does RIM support a 2way sync of hotmail using BIS? If so, how do I achieve this? (I can sync from bb to hotmail, but not the other way round)

On BIS, only Yahoo supports this totally, and by this I mean read on BB and shows as read on PC, and vis versa.
