Delete Pending State on Server

Hello I have just installed BB Pro Version 4.1.4.3. I added a user then tried to activate with not success. When I delete the user and try to add that user back it complains "is in delete pending state On server".

The second part of the error says "please recover the user before adding user to the server"

Where can I find the user to recover the user???

I had a similar problem and I had to manually delete the user record from the BES database. I don't remember the exact error though, so I wouldn't take this as a solution - just something your issue reminded me of.

There is an option to purge deleted users (look for the pending delete tab in BB Manager). Once you do this, you should be good to go.
