Hi guys

About 2 days ago I’m having a problem with the bb messenger, I can receive any message from my contacts but some of them can't receive mine. It just happens with a few contacts not alls. Is there anything I can do?

Do you have each other's correct PINS in your contact books?

yes in fact it was working well til last weekend

Try and delete the contacts you're having trouble with and then re-add them.

I already did that, so the contact send me the invitation but when I reply it the contact doesn't receive it, neither pin messages

Both you and the folks you are having issues communicating with should do a battery pull then try again.
