Help changing a Verizon Blackberry to Cingular

Purchased a new Blackberry, w/ Verizon 2 months ago. Now I have to switch over to Cingular for work. Can the Blackberry be switched, unlocked, to work on the Cingular network? If so, does anyone know the unlock code or process? Cingular wants me to buy one of their blackberry phones. I do not want to have to go purchase a new "Cingular Blackberry" when I just spend a good amount on the one I have.

Sorry You are SOL. Verizon and Cingular network are completely different animals. Verizon Wireless uses CDMA/1X and Cingular uses GSM/GPRS network. You would have to purchase Cingular Blackberry if you want to utilize their GSM/GPRS Network
