MessageConfirm Service in Resource Kit

I downloaded the resource kit and wanted to use the message confirm service. When I tried to execute .exe, it kept on saying that it couldn't contact the recipient service (forgot the exact name). What am I missing on the BES? I looked through the services MMC, and I couldn't find the service that messageconfirm complained about.

1st you want to install this on a box you know will be running 24x7 or close to it.

you need to do the install from the command line and follow the outlined syntax. Make sure you use the switch for -install and your mailserver version (exchange, notes etc)

After you answer the questions you should have a service installed. Start the service.

For settings up the service make sure your email profile name matches or it won't send the messages.
