Hello
I'm not able to push sametime from the BES to any of my Verizon 8330 BlackBerry Curves. If I select a users properties who has that device on the BES, the software configuration status is showing device not support on the BES after I assign the software configuration for sametime. The Device.xml has the device 8330 list under the 83xx series of devices for sametime. Does anybody have a ideal?
