No contact address in Blackberry

Dear All,

I have BIG trouble with all users which is no wireless Syn option show in the address book and when I add new contact from Blackberry the contact not show in the Outlook and same issue from Outlook also. I did alot of troubleshooting but nothing new, I delete the user then add it again ,I send service book, I restart syn services plus server, but nothing happen I am really suffer from that problem ... I contact with Technical Support in the my country then transfer me to RIM Support, we trying to solve that issue ..

I wish from every body faced same this issue or have more knowledge in BES help me.

We use Outlook 2007
Platform: Exchange
Version: 4.1.4 (Bundle 25)

Just a thought...
What does the Pim sync settings show in Blackberry Manager for any user?
Wireless Sync Address Book = True?

How are you EA'ing the devices? Wired or Wireless?

Also, are ANY users working?
