Forward attachment?

I have a user who complains that sometimes messages are forwarded with attachments and sometimes not. Has anyone seen this before or this user is just one of those who complains about everything even his user error?

There really isn't enough information here to determine. What is exactly happening? Does this user know for fact that the forwarded mail had an attachment?

If you forward the same message (with attachment) to the user multiple times, does the attachment get stripped off some of the time?
