We bought an SBE server with 10 licences, bought an extra 2 and installed them successfully. We then purchased the upgrade key to convert to full BES, with 17 licences.
Currently we only have 12 active users. Someone has bought an additional SBE licence which for obvious reasons I cannot install.
Is it possible to remove the upgrade licence, install the new SBE licence and then reapply the upgrade licence?
