I have the 8830 and want to start leveraging the task function that syncs with my Outlook 2003 via my wireless sync through Verizon. Everything works great in the sync department.
But when I went to filter the tasks that did sync, I found a list of all categories that I had ever used in the past 4 years in Outlook. There must be over a hundred!! I only use about 5-6 now on a daily basis. 10 max. They do not show in the Outlook Categories library on my desktop, so I am not sure how to remove the excess.
Any suggestions?
