some key wont work

Somehow some keys stop working on my 8700g.

The keys are 2 3 u o p

No other keys. This happend to me sometime ago but it fix itself now start again.

The Actual OS is 4.5 (82)

What do you think??? Could be Software issue???

Keypad problems are normally symptoms of moisture problems to the KB.
