8830 beta 4.5: torrent?

I found a downloadable version of the 4.5 ver OS for the 8830. How do I go about properly installing it.? the file name has a .torrent extension.

There are definitely non-torrent versions of the software available online. The highest version that I have seen is on my profile so look for that version.
