Which is the loudest - wired headset ?

I bought a cheap earpiece /boom mic at a local store . While its fine for in the house ,any hands free phone / driving - would be near impossible even at MAX volume.
I would like a longer boom mic and real ear piece that plugs into your ear , instead of the proximity type . Does any brand shine in the high volume department on the 7290 ?
