email problem

hi folks
i have a problem with my bold
i have an email account registered, however i dont get all of my emails but only part of them

i tried everything but still have the same probems
os update, reregister the account, resend service books etc...
i still receive about 70% of my emails on my BB

any ideas welcomed

Is there any pattern to it, such as email not being pushed when your desktop client is open? My first thought would be that your desktop client is retrieving the email before it can get pushed to your Blackberry. If this is the case you'll need to configure your desktop client to leave a copy of the email on the server for at least a few days (to be safe).

If this doesn't help, more details from you regarding your mail setup may help someone here diagnose the problem.

have you got folders set up on your desktop that you've not set to replicate on your berry?

Are you using BIS or BES?

i am using BIS but not outlook

Hows else are you accessing your emails? are you reading them just on your BlackBerry or do you use another mail client like outlook express??
