1 record skipped during sync... what record?

A client of mine is getting the error message...

There was a total of 1 record(s) skipped during the synchronization as summarised below: Address Book: Device -0, Microsoft Outlook -1
Please check sync log for more details*


Looking at the log there is nothing to clue you in... any suggestions?

In fact, there isn't even any log of the address book or calendar syncing although the calendar syncs fine.

He's using BDM 4.6 and Outlook 2007

Sorry I might not be much help, but I saw the same message yesterday when I hookup up a new install with 4.7 and sync'ed.

You might want to try an re-configure the sync to go from outlook to the blackberry and see if it sends all the records that way. (I haven't that problem with Outlook '07/BDM 4.6 myself.)
