How to synchronize my excel spreads

Hi

I am new to the BlackBerry platform and was wondering what is a free and easy way to sychronize the excel files I work on my phone with an online server so that I can continue to work on them when I am at a pc. Google Docs would be the perfect solution but unfortunately you can only view these docs unless you pay for third party programs.....trying to do this free and easily...any suggestions?

How will I automatically synchronize this when I edit it on my phone? You mean to upload it to a ftp or something each time? I was looking for a way I could save it to a remote host I guess.
