In September I added tethering to my Blackberry Pearl. I used to have the $29.99 unlimited data Email and Web deal, but I just noticed the other day that it was switched to the 10 MB ($24.99) plan after I added the tethering option. Mind you, NOTHING was said about this when I originally added tethering. I called Verizon to get my BB data plan switched back to the unlimited option, but the CSR told me that she was is unable to add it back.
In fact, just checking on her computer means that now, I CAN'T EVEN GO BACK TO THE $25 email/data + $15 tethering combination. She is now INSISTING that I can only get the tethering with the $45 web/data plan.
Is this true? Everything I've read says that I should be able to get the $30 email/data plan with $15 tethering.
This is ridiculous - I'm currently still on hold with VZW...
