Retrieving password and reseting email accounts on 8800

Hello,

We changed the password of the accounts on the server and naturally I stopped receiving/sending emails on my bberry.
I don't know what to do to bring them back since even though bberry says that I've been sent the password to my device I never receive anything. It's been a month now, help?
