My contract is only 9mths in with them and I want to upgrade my 8830 to the storm, but I only have a $50 upgrading credit with them, now my question is does anyone know how to get them to let you upgrade without paying full price for the storm?
I've had many prob's with this unit since I bought it in feb 2007 and called them to fix the probs evey time so the have this on record but they still say I have to pay full price.
PS, (Im not trying to cancell the contract, just upgrade the phone)
