BPS 4.1.4B vs BPS 4.1.4A

I am looking at upgrading my BES server from Small Business to Professional (Mainly because of the 30 user limit that the Professional version offers).

I just want to know what the difference is between the 4.1.4B update and the 4.1.4A update. The 4.1.4B is the newest version. Can I run the exe on my BES server and it will update the BES from Small Business to Professional just like that?
