Hi. I'm using BB 8310 without a data package (just voice calling, no internet). The problem is my device just turns itself off without any reason. It has happened like this several times since I bought it around 2 week ago. I went to att retail store, and one of the representatives said the problem might happen because of at@<hidden> was trying to update my device, but I don't have a data package so it causes the device doesn't work properly. For me, it doesn't make any sense. I don't know whether att provides this updating things to users. If it is true, how can they access my device since I don't have any data package, or it can be accessed from using voice signal? I'm unable to call at@<hidden> service though since it's sunday. Does anyone know what suppose to cause the problem?
