Citibank Mobile has released the program for the newer BB's....at least on VZW. Ther compatible phones form has not been updated online, but you can enroll and select your phone there.
If you use Citibank...log in and go to service center and click citi mobile.
Actually, although you can select a BB 8330 as your device it won't let you download the app. Maybe its a bug. Maybe its just not ready yet.
