Can I use desktop manager 4.6 if I have OS 4.2 installed. I'm not sure why I can sync it with outlook.

Yes, and you can also use DM 4.7, which is the latest released version.

Will Desktop Manager 4.6 Sync with Outlook 2000? Also will the upgrading to 4.5 cause any problems with the syncing? I am using a 8310 with AT&T. And if not, will Desktop 4.2 work with upgrading to OS 4.5 or should I not try that.

i had os 4.2 and several of the 4.5 on my att 8310 along with outlook 2003 and now 2007 .i never had a problem syncing my berry .i have 1 pc running xp and 1 vista again no syncing problems.
