I am a US Cellular subscriber, my son is signed up with Verizon.

When I attempt to send a PIN to PIN message to him the heading on my device changes to redand alongside the check mark, indicating that the msg was sent, there appears a small D and he does not receive the msg. He has rechecked his PIN number and confirms it is the correct one that I am sending the msg to.

We are both using 8330s.

Can anyone help me?

Do both of you have a data plan. Make sure both the Pins are stored in the contacts and try a battery pull. And try BB Messenger.

You might want to have someone else try to send him a PIN too. I'm on AT&T, if you like, PM me with his PIN and I'll try it for you.
