I talk to sprint and they said my phone does not have sms. I can't find it in the phone. And it is hard to get on line. THANKS (aiharkness & akosnitzky)

Maybe someone else can advise-- I know many here know more than I. I said yes the 7100i has sms because I had it with a 7100t I had on tmobile. Don't know what to tell you--whether it's sprint, you contract, don't know. But I have to believe the 7100i has the capability. But don't trust me, go the the blackberry.com website and look up the specs.

Your Sprint device has SMS, but not MMS. Sprint has not enabled the MMS.
