BB8100. Have you seen this???

Hi to everyone and wish happy new year.

I have just got a BB 8100 and two key keep stuck QW, i already open clean the contacts and nothing seems to help. It is not always only sometimes...

Please what procedure to follow and if it worth it!!!

When i say STUCK i mean that sometimes keep repeating the same letter over and over again...
